AECT = sum of four items, each 0-4 (higher = better control); range 0-16. Validated cutoff ≥10 = well-controlled. Available in 4-week and 3-month recall versions.

Interpretation

Companion to the Urticaria Control Test for patients whose dominant problem is recurrent angioedema (histaminergic or bradykinin-mediated, including HAE).
